For now, we only ship in the UAE.
It depends on where you are.
For Dubai, orders made by 12 pm will be delivered in one business day. Orders made after 12 pm, will be delivered in two business days.
For the Other Emirates, orders made by 12 pm will be delivered in two business days. Orders made after 12 pm, will be delivered in three business days.
No Deliveries on Sundays.
Yes, you can cancel your order, please email us at hello@immune.ae not more than an hour after you place your order.
Orders under AED 150 will be charged AED 10. Orders AED 150 and over will be shipped for free.
If your returned item meets the refund policy’s standards, you will have your money returned as a credit to your immune account wallet. Refunds do not include the original shipping fee.
Deliveries & Returns
Shipping dates and times are estimated, and actual shipping dates and times may change due to weather and other factors, some of which are beyond our control. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, that affect our ability to deliver the products to you on your scheduled delivery date, we will attempt to deliver your Products to you as soon as possible.
The Products shall be deemed delivered when the Product is delivered to the place indicated in accordance with the delivery instructions specified in your order. We assume that anyone present at the address specified in the delivery instructions is authorized to receive the order on your behalf. If no one is present at the address indicated in your delivery instructions, we will leave the package unattended at the address or location you specify. It is your responsibility to provide us with clear and complete delivery instructions.
Refund Policy
If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact our Customer Care team. Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate to receive a damaged item, you can contact our Customer Care team with details of the damage and we will happily refund or replace it once the fault or damage is agreed.
Immune is trying to maintain an up-to-date inventory. If we are subject to a shortage of stock, Immune undertakes to notify you within a reasonable period of time. Return or refund options will be available.
