RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@immune.ae. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address which will be given via email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Arab Emirates, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, and health gadgets). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Policy
We currently deliver across the UAE only.
- For Dubai, orders made by 12 p.m. will be delivered in one (1) business day. Orders made after 12 p.m., will be delivered in two (2) business days.
- For the Other Emirates, orders made by 12 p.m. will be delivered in two (2) business days. Orders made after 12 p.m., will be delivered in three (3) business days.
Please note that the exact date of delivery will be confirmed via email.
Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the value of the total amount of your orders and your location.
UAE Delivery Charges – AED 10.00 for orders below AED 150.00 or FREE for orders above AED 150.00
Carriers:
We have tie-ups with leading shipment and/or courier companies to get your products delivered on time and provide our customers with a hassle-free experience.
Order Tracking:
To track your orders, if a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAYS.

Exchanges Policy
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
- Product is defective.
- Product must be unopened.
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Product must be unused.
- Product must not be damaged.
To ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
Payment and Order Confirmation
As a customer, you will receive the payment and order confirmation by email as soon as you place the order on the website. Just in case you didn’t receive any confirmation, please don’t forget to check your spam emails.
